Your Child’s First Visit
Your child’s first appointment at Castle Rock Smiles Pediatric Dentistry will be tailored to them based on their age and their individual needs. Every step will be taken to help them feel comfortable at our specialty dental office so that they aren’t anxious while their teeth are being examined and cleaned. We’ll take the time to explain where your child’s smile is in terms of development, and we’ll let you know what you need to look out for in the future. Follow-up appointments may be scheduled if we find anything to be concerned about during your child’s visit.
Before beginning your child’s first appointment, we’ll need to confirm some things about their health history, and we’ll need you to review our pediatric dental office’s financial policies. Instead of dealing with all this paperwork on the day of your appointment, you can use the link below to download them right now so that you can complete them during your free time at home. Parents who walk in with their paperwork already completed find that they spend a lot less time in our waiting room and more time getting their children the care they deserve.
The Castle Rock Smiles Pediatric Dentistry team is dedicated to ensuring every patient gets the comprehensive dental services they deserve in a stress and pain free environment. Paying for treatment can be a cause for concern, but we never want financing treatment to prevent patients from getting the dental care they need to maintain optimal oral health. We work with each patient to maximum coverage from dental insurance benefits. We are in-network providers for most PPO plans and are also a Medicaid provider. That means we’re able to offer treatment that is covered at a higher percentage for these plans saving patients on the out-of-pocket costs associated with care. We accept payment in form of cash, credit, and check for the cost of care not covered by insurance at the time of treatment unless otherwise determined prior to treatment.
When you don’t have insurance or need a treatment that your policy doesn’t cover, you may be worried about how you’re going to be able to cover the cost of your dental care. We never want you to feel stressed about affording care at Castle Rock Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, so to make things easier for you, we’re happy to offer financing. This lets you pay for treatment in a series of installments instead of entirely up front; this makes it much easier to cover the necessary dental costs in a way that accommodates your budget.
Medicaid & Health First Colorado
Health First Colorado is our state’s Medicaid program, and we’re proud to say that we’re happy to accept it here at Castle Rock Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. If there are any aspects of your coverage that you’re unsure about – such as whether your plan will help pay for a specific kind of treatment – please let our team know. We’re more than happy to help you navigate your benefits and figure out the best way to take full advantage of the coverage that’s available.
